Maya
Maya is a BASI–trained Pilates instructor (certified 2017) with a deep love for Pilates and a gift for making people feel comfortable from the start. She’s a true people person—warm, encouraging, and attentive—while still knowing exactly when to challenge you.

Maya’s focus is helping clients build a healthy, sustainable routine that leaves them feeling strong, mobile, and better in their bodies. She works with a wide range of clients—from beginners to athletes—and she’s particularly skilled at meeting people where they are, including clients in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, with smart modifications that support strength and confidence.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning after time away, Maya meets you where you are and helps you progress in a way that feels both safe and empowering.

Aaron
Aaron is a Pilates Sports Center–trained instructor (certified 2022) with a hands-on, coaching-first approach. He also understands what it’s like to rebuild from a major health setback, and he’s especially thoughtful with clients easing back into movement.

He’s passionate about helping people recover, move better, and feel strong again—especially those dealing with back pain and knee pain, which he understands on a personal level. He’s built specific routines for both.

His foundation is traditional Pilates, with a practical edge: he’ll sprinkle in modern Pilates and occasional gym-style strength work when it supports the goal, always using the reformer as a tool—not a gimmick.

Aaron also loves working with athletes of all levels, including student athletes and adults who want to stay sharp for pickleball, tennis, golf, and more. Expect clear cues, real form corrections, and programming that meets you where you are—and moves you forward.
