What to expect in your first session
We assess how you move (posture, mobility, control), coach you in real time with hands-on cues, and build strength without beating up your joints. You leave knowing exactly what to practice between sessions.

Who is this for?
Teen athletes (middle school–college) who want better mechanics, strength, mobility, and fewer nagging aches.
Do you offer private and duo sessions?Both. Private is most common. Duo works great for friends/teammates with similar goals.
Where are you located?
Thousand Oaks, just outside North Ranch. We serve Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and the Conejo Valley.
Is your studio outdoors year-round?
Yes. It’s covered—fans for warm days and infrared heaters for chilly ones.
How do we book?
Send 2–3 availability windows and we’ll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
What sports do you work with most?
Football, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis, track, pickleball, dance, golf, gymnastics, hockey and more.
How often should my athlete come in?
Most athletes train 1–2x/week for an 8–12 week block to build strength, mobility, and control—then maintain at least 1x/week (or taper) based on season and goals.
Do you work with injuries?
Yes—within scope. We focus on safe mechanics and strength. For acute injuries, we can coordinate with your PT/doctor
Do you take insurance?
No—sessions are self-pay. (If you want, we can provide a receipt you can submit.)
